Assembly only – Breakfast bowl

This isn’t even CLOSE to a recipe, but it’s something I just started doing after I got Gordon Ramsay’s Healthy Lean and Fit cookbook last week. I’m usually in a hurry in the mornings, like everyone else, but it never occurred to me to mix my yogurt, fruit, honey and granola all in one bowl as I head down to my office. Huh, funny how things just come to you sometimes right? I used to eat all these things separate, maybe not even all in the same morning, but this is a good balance of fruit, dairy, a tiny bit of sweetness, and a little crunch to start your morning. It really is just assembling the flavors you like and going from there. It keeps me going for a bit and helps get my day started off without being hungry 20 minutes later. This mix is plain Greek yogurt, peaches, nectarines, a drizzle of honey, and vanilla granola with macadamia nuts in it. Mix up whatever flavor of yogurt, fruit and granola that you like! Now…Get out there and have a great day! At least until you start work anyway.
